Lindsey H. Miller is a Partner at Miller Law Practice and focuses her practice on civil litigation. She represents clients in complex civil matters and brings a strong background in legal research, writing, and litigation strategy.

Lindsey graduated cum laude from Georgia College and State University with a degree in Political Science before earning her Juris Doctor from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law.

While in law school, Lindsey completed a judicial externship with the Honorable Howard Z. Simms of the Superior Court of Bibb County. This experience provided valuable insight into the judicial decision-making process and courtroom procedures. She was also actively involved in the Legal Aid Volunteer Association and the Association of Women Law Students.

During her time at Mercer, Lindsey was named to the Dean’s List and earned a Certificate in Advanced Legal Writing, Research, and Drafting, reflecting her strong analytical and writing abilities.

Before joining Miller Law Practice, Lindsey practiced workers’ compensation insurance defense at an Atlanta-based law firm, representing employers and insurance carriers in litigation.
