Eddy Cossio is an Associate Attorney at Miller Law Practice where he focuses on criminal defense. With experience on both sides of the courtroom, Eddy brings valuable perspective to every case he handles.

Eddy began his legal career as an Assistant Public Defender in Newton County, where he gained extensive courtroom experience defending individuals facing criminal charges. He later served as an Assistant District Attorney in Gwinnett County, where he prosecuted criminal cases and developed firsthand knowledge of how prosecutors evaluate evidence and prepare cases for trial.

While his experience as a prosecutor provided valuable insight into the criminal justice system, Eddy ultimately returned to criminal defense, where his passion lies in advocating for individuals accused of crimes.

Throughout his career, Eddy has secured not guilty verdicts in serious felony cases, including Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Stalking, and Felony Fleeing.
